1. About NEET720
NEET720 ("the Service", "we", "us") is an online practice platform for students preparing for the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET-UG), available at www.neet720.in. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.
NEET720 is an independent platform. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the National Testing Agency (NTA), the Ministry of Education, or any government body. Previous-year questions available on the platform are reproduced for educational reference; all explanations and study material are our own.
2. Accounts
- You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your password secure.
- If you are under 18, you confirm that a parent or guardian has consented to your use of the Service.
- One account per person. Accounts may not be shared, sold, or transferred.
- We may suspend accounts that abuse the Service, attempt to scrape or redistribute content, interfere with other users, or violate these Terms.
3. Free and paid plans
- The free plan includes a limited daily question allowance, the Daily Challenge, one chapter test per week and one full mock per month. Limits may change with notice.
- NEET720 Pro is a paid plan billed as a one-time purchase for a fixed duration (monthly or annual). It does not auto-renew — you are never charged without taking a new action.
- If you purchase Pro while already on Pro, the new duration is added on top of your remaining time.
- Prices are listed in Indian Rupees on the pricing page and may change; changes never affect time you have already purchased.
- Payments are processed by Razorpay. We never see or store your card, UPI or banking details.
4. The readiness score and analytics
The NEET720 readiness score, mastery percentages, and all analytics are internal practice metrics computed from your activity on the platform. They are study aids — they are not official NEET predictions, and we make no guarantee about your actual examination results.
5. Content and intellectual property
- Our question bank, explanations, diagrams, software and design are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may use them for your personal exam preparation only.
- You may not copy, scrape, republish, resell or distribute platform content, in whole or in part, without our written permission.
6. Acceptable use
- No attempting to breach, probe or overload our systems.
- No automated access (bots, scrapers) without written permission.
- No impersonating other people on leaderboards or in display names.
7. Availability and changes
We work to keep the Service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may add, change or remove features. If we ever discontinue the Service entirely, active Pro subscribers will be offered a pro-rata refund for unused time.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including examination outcomes.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India shall have jurisdiction.
