You can delete your NEET720 account at any time. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
Delete it yourself (fastest)
- Sign in at neet720.in/login, in the app or in any browser.
- Go to Settings.
- Under Danger zone, choose Delete my account, type
DELETEand enter your password to confirm.
Your account and data are removed immediately — there is no waiting period.
Ask us to delete it
If you cannot sign in, email support@neet720.in from the address you registered with, asking us to delete your account. We will confirm and complete the deletion within 30 days.
What gets deleted
- Your name, email address and password
- Your profile — class, target year and score, city if you set one
- Every question you attempted, and your practice and test history
- Your mistake book, revision schedule and concept mastery
- Saved questions and your own notes
- Streaks, XP, leaderboard entries and challenges
- Any parent access link, and the parent's view of your progress
- Your subscription record
What we keep, and why
We keep anonymised transaction records — the amount, date and payment reference of any purchase, with the link to you removed. These are financial records we are required to retain for tax and accounting. They cannot be used to identify you after deletion.
Payments themselves are processed by Razorpay and Google Play, who keep their own records under their own policies. Deleting your NEET720 account does not delete data held by them, and does not cancel an active subscription.
If you have an active subscription
Deleting your account does not cancel billing or issue a refund. Cancel first — in Google Play → Subscriptions if you subscribed through the app, or by contacting support@neet720.in if you subscribed on the website. See our Refund Policy.
