1. What we collect
- Account details — your name, email address, password (stored only as a secure hash), target score and, optionally, your city.
- Practice activity — questions attempted, answers chosen, time taken, test results, streaks and XP. This is the core of the product: it powers your readiness score, mistake book and analytics.
- Payment records — when you buy Pro we store the plan, amount, and Razorpay order/payment identifiers. Your card, UPI or banking details go directly to Razorpay and never touch our servers.
2. What we use it for
- Running the Service: your scores, analytics, revision plan and leaderboards.
- Transactional email: account verification and payment receipts (sent via Resend).
- Support: resolving issues you report to us.
We do not sell your data. We do not share it with advertisers. We show no third-party ads.
3. Leaderboards
Leaderboards show your display name (and city, if you added one) to other students. You can hide yourself from all leaderboards any time in Settings → Profile.
4. Parent access
A parent can see a read-only progress summary only if you generate a Parent Access code in your Settings and share it with them. You can disable parent access at any time, which immediately cuts off the parent view.
5. Cookies
We use a single authentication cookie to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
6. Data retention and deletion
Your data is retained while your account exists. To delete your account and associated personal data, contact us from your registered email — we will complete deletion within 30 days, except payment records we are legally required to keep.
7. Security
All traffic is encrypted with HTTPS. Passwords are stored using industry-standard hashing (bcrypt). Access to production systems is restricted and key-based.
8. Children
NEET720 is intended for students preparing for NEET, typically aged 16 and above. If you are under 18, use the Service only with the consent of a parent or guardian.
9. Changes to this policy
If we make material changes we will update the date at the top of this page and, for significant changes, notify you by email or in-app notice.
