1. How NEET720 Pro billing works
Pro is a one-time purchase for a fixed duration (monthly or annual). Nothing auto-renews — we never charge you again unless you choose to buy more time. There is therefore nothing to "cancel": when your Pro period ends, your account simply returns to the free plan and you keep all your data and progress.
2. Annual plan — 7-day money-back guarantee
If you purchase the annual plan for the first time and it isn't right for you, write to us within 7 days of payment and we will refund the full amount, no questions asked. This applies to your first annual purchase; extensions and repeat purchases are not covered.
3. Monthly plan
Monthly purchases are non-refundable, given their short duration and the immediate access to the full Pro question bank they unlock.
4. Always refunded, regardless of plan
- Duplicate payments for the same purchase.
- Amounts charged where Pro was never activated due to a technical failure on our side.
5. How to request a refund
Contact us from your registered email with your Razorpay payment ID (it's in your receipt email). We respond within 2 business days.
6. How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are issued through Razorpay to your original payment method. Razorpay typically completes them within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank. When a purchase is refunded, the corresponding Pro time is removed from your account.
