Reporting a problem with a question
Every question in the app has a flag button. A report can cite a wrong answer, an ambiguous question, an explanation issue, a typo, a diagram problem, an out-of-syllabus concern, or anything else, with an optional comment. Reports go straight to the review queue with the question and the reporting account attached. You can also write to support@neet720.in with the question ID.
How a report is handled
- The report is opened in the admin review queue and marked as under review.
- The question is re-solved independently and checked against the syllabus and NCERT.
- If the report is confirmed, the question is corrected in place (answer, option text or explanation), or withdrawn from circulation when it cannot be fixed cleanly. Withdrawn questions are archived, not deleted, so students' past attempts remain intact.
- If the report is not confirmed, it is dismissed with the question unchanged.
Previous-year papers
Previous-year questions reproduce the official NEET paper's questions and options as published. Every explanation is written by NEET720 and never copied from any coaching institute or publisher. Questions that NTA declared bonus or withdrew are excluded from practice. Where an official answer key was later revised, NEET720 follows the final key.
Predicted-pattern questions
These are NEET720's own compositions modelled on the style, chapter spread and difficulty of past papers. They are practice material and are labelled as such in the app. They are not leaked papers and are not claims about what NEET will ask.
AI assistance
NEET720 uses software, including AI tools, to draft and to check questions at scale: for example to detect duplicate stems, to check that correct answers are evenly distributed across options, and to generate candidate items and explanations. Nothing goes live on the strength of an automated check alone: the verification checklist applies to every question, and the report loop above applies afterwards.
Syllabus changes
When NTA changes the NEET syllabus, affected chapters and questions are re-mapped. Questions on removed topics are taken out of personalised practice and mocks, and informational pages are updated with the date of the change.
Informational pages
Pages about the exam (pattern, marking scheme, strategy) state their sources and their last-updated date. Where a figure depends on the current NTA Information Bulletin, the page says so and links to NTA. NEET720 is not affiliated with NTA and does not publish predictions of exam dates, cut-offs or results.
